1.1 Age and Residency

To register and use the 888bat Platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law as it applies to you personally. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 888 bat makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of the Platform's use in any specific jurisdiction.

1.2 Registration Process

To open an account, you must complete the registration form on the 888bat Platform accurately and in full. You agree to provide your real name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth, and any other information reasonably requested during registration or at any point during the verification process. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

1.3 Account Verification (KYC)

888bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or utility bill. We may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or both pending satisfactory completion of verification. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

1.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an account on 888bat:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of 888bat or its affiliated entities.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform.
• Individuals accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 888bat. Where multiple accounts are detected for the same individual — identified by name, mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — 888bat reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any bets or transactions placed from those accounts.

2.2 Accurate and Current Information

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number or payment method — you must update your account promptly. 888bat accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the Member.

2.3 Login Credentials and Security

Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your credentials confidential. 888bat will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. 2.4 Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in any of the following while using the 888bat Platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or insider betting.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, overload, or impair its infrastructure.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

888bat currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via supported mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your account balance in real time in most circumstances. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. 888bat does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as your 888bat account. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. 888bat aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods may experience additional processing time.

3.4 Funds Held in Account

Funds deposited into your 888bat account are held for the purpose of wagering on the Platform. Account balances do not accrue interest. 888bat holds Member funds in a manner designed to ensure they are kept separate from the Platform's operational funds to a reasonable standard. In the event of account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification or review process.

4.1 Placement and Settlement of Bets

A bet is accepted and binding only once a confirmation message is displayed on screen and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. 888bat reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an incorrect market, or placed after the relevant event has already concluded or been suspended. The settlement of all bets is final once confirmed by the Platform's trading system.

4.2 Obvious Errors in Odds

In the event that odds, prices, or payouts are displayed incorrectly as a result of a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, 888bat reserves the right to void any affected bets regardless of their settlement status. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Members promptly. No compensation will be payable in respect of bets voided under this clause.

4.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games available on 888bat are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. 888bat operates as the operator of the casino lobby and is responsible for the overall Platform experience, but the individual game logic and random number generation are controlled by the respective providers.

4.4 Disconnection and Technical Interruption

888bat accepts no liability for losses or missed opportunities arising from a disconnection, network failure, device failure, or any other technical interruption on the Member's side during an active bet or game session. Where a disconnection occurs during a live casino game session, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 888bat are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for each offer are communicated at the point the offer is presented. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirement has been fully met. Bonus funds expire if not wagered within the specified time limit.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

888bat employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to complete wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited, and the account may be suspended or closed.

5.3 Promotional Changes

888bat reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. This includes seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other local or international occasions. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already qualified and opted in, we will honour the bonus for that Member in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

6.1 Age Verification and Protection of Minors

888bat enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Members. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any point. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be immediately closed, all bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source after verification of identity.

6.2 Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limits

Members who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.
